Ultra-modern decor and furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Convenient location for exploring Georgetown. Compensated for water heater issue.
Hard to think of anything.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience, and I loved it. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helped me plan my trip around the city. The location is perfect and right in the centre of town, which means everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. I particularly enjoyed having my own personal corridor and the fact that the hotel has a common area for guests to use.
Couldn't stay longer.

The rooms were cozy and had a vintage feel to them, which was perfect for our romantic escape. We liked that the hotel was located close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff was friendly and offered us some great recommendations for places to eat.
Our room was situated next to a busy road and the traffic noise made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Spent Xmas in the hotel which had a lovely cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Appreciated the warm welcome, the detailed local recommendations and the important maps provided to discover the local area. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to walk around the neighbourhood and visit various attractions and food places.
The room had a slight sewer smell from the toilet which could be quite unpleasant at times. Another issue was the weak wifi connection and limited channels on the TV.
